Academic Lead Hybrid Delivery (Moray House School of Education and Sport (2020/21).

  • Provide leadership to school, including senior management team in online/hybrid/blended learning;

  • Work with individuals and programme teams to solve challenges to moving learning into new spaces (indoors, outdoors, online);

  • Develop strategies for moving beyond the pandemic.

  • Provided leadership for the ongoing delivery and revision of courses in the two postgraduate programmes;

  • Implemented Programme adaptations to ensure programmes would remain viable in a COVID world;

  • Curriculum document revision and support for teachers in schools (Tasmanian Outdoor Education Teachers Association);

  • State conference organisation and support, founding board member of Outdoor Education Australia;

  • Mapping of Graduate standards and literacy across all OE units [courses];

  • Equipment: management and ordering, including budget;

  • Balanced leadership, teaching, PhD completion, and administrative requirements within competing deadlines.
